At SolarZap™, we process and ship orders 7 days a week — including weekends and holidays. We're committed to getting your order out fast, no matter when you place it.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

• Estimated delivery: 6–12 days

United States

• Priority Insured Shipping — Free on all orders
• Estimated delivery: 6–12 days

International

• Priority Insured Shipping — Available to select countries worldwide
• Estimated delivery: 8–16 days depending on destination
• Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Free Priority Insured Shipping

Every SolarZap™ order ships with free priority insured shipping — your order is fully protected from the moment it leaves our facility to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

Delays

SolarZap™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at solarzaphelp@mail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. SolarZap™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us at solarzaphelp@mail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Since every order ships insured, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at solarzaphelp@mail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll take care of it and make sure you get your product or a full refund.
