At SolarZap™, we stand behind every order. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right — within the terms outlined below.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Every SolarZap™ order is backed by our 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're unhappy for any reason within 90 days, contact us and we'll find a resolution.
Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return or refund the following conditions must be met:
- Return must be initiated within 90 days of the confirmed delivery date
- Item must be in re-sale shape and in its original condition
- Item must be returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging
- Proof of purchase — your order confirmation email — must be provided
- The item must have been given a fair and reasonable opportunity to work as intended under normal conditions
- Returns initiated without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted
How to Initiate a Return
- Email solarzaphelp@mail.com with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[your order number]"
- Include your full name, order number (in subject line), and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address
- Do not ship your item back before receiving approval — unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days
Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or card provider may require additional days to post the amount to your account. Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet our eligibility requirements upon inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or is not functioning as expected, you must notify us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. To submit a claim email solarzaphelp@mail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the damage or defect
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery without prior notice may not be eligible for replacement or refund. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or refund at our discretion based on the nature of the issue and the evidence provided.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect item sent by us: we cover return shipping
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse: customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot issue refunds for items that are not received
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after the 90-day window
- Items that show signs of intentional damage or misuse
- Items returned without prior approval from our support team
- Items not in their original condition
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange a product, initiate a return for a refund and place a new order separately.
Dispute Resolution We ask that customers contact us directly at solarzaphelp@mail.com before initiating any dispute with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly and the majority of concerns can be resolved within 48 hours of contact.
